
About the Karori Historical Society
The Society was formed by a small group of Karori residents in 1973 for the purpose of studying and recording the history of Karori and the adjacent country districts.
Membership is open to anyone, no matter where they live.
The Society maintains links with regional and national historical societies, and aims to promote an interest in local history.
